- Photos or video of home larger than 2000+ sqft. - Add $100

- Travel Fee: Extended Service Area (Hillsboro, Newberg, Sandy, Troutdale, Keizer, Colton, Forest Grove, Banks, North Plains, Scappoose, McMinnville, Salem, St. Helens, Camas, Washougal, Hazel Dell, Brush Prairie, Salmon Creek, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, La Center ) (See order form for travel fee.)
- No Show Fee: If client or homeowner does not show up to appointment or gives no access to home on scheduled visit - Add $50
- Video Remake Fee - Client gets one (1) free re-make to their promo video. If client wants changes after their re-make there will be a $20.00 fee for each re-make.
